Over Thinking

The biggest disease of the mind is over thinking, especially too much thinking about others. Thinking too much is like eating too much. The heaviness makes it impossible to remain light and flexible.

I’ve just started blogging about my own manic break and hospitalization. It’s about recovery and treatment, but more importantly about discovery of a new post-religion faith where there is no hell, no original sin, you are God, and heaven on earth is real, radiant and right around the corner. A wild and triumphant ride. http://graduatingfromgod.blogspot.com/

Thinking too much is like eating too much. So true...Thinking is one thing but when it becomes unhealthy rumination, it can drive you insane.

Thinking too much is a definite disease!! I'm new to blogging but I'm hoping that writing my thoughts will allow my mind to slow down a bit :)
